So I lost 2 lbs 😄 I’m at 185 now!!! Kicking ass with my healthy changes I my diet!! I’ve noticed that I’m kinda eating more vegetarian, not all the way because I love my turkey burgers, and chicken but I’ve really cut down a lot!!
I haven’t been able to sleep right for the longest time now. This sucks. I do have high cholesterol and that’s something I’m trying to over come naturally because it does run in my family. My high cholesterol is what causes my headaches. It sucks but I’m trying to eat better then I already do. I always drink skim or soy milk. I don’t really like red meats so i stick to fish, chicken and turkey. I’m trying to work out more which is something I really need to stick with. But if it’ll get rid of these headaches and migraines then I’ll definitely keep working at it.
I’m leaving to Florida at 187.4 lbs. Embarrassing so please don’t judge.me. Before I left to Peru, a month ago, I weighed 195. So I lost a good amount of weight. That’s because we had to walk everywhere. The only thing that messed me up over there was the food. I literally had peruvian style chicken, french fries, for lunch and then rice, potatoes, and beef for dinner every day. I think that’s what made my cholesterol go up . But it doesn’t matter now. I need to work everything off now :)
